I have chosen to remain out of network with insurance so that our work together can be guided by your goals rather than insurance requirements. This allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and individualized care.
My rate is $150 per session.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard while also leaving each session with greater clarity, deeper insight, or tools you can apply in your everyday life.
I intentionally maintain a thoughtfully sized caseload so I can provide personalized, attentive care to each client. I practice what I preach by protecting my own well-being so I can show up fully present, engaged, and focused on you. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

I typically recommend meeting weekly when beginning therapy. This allows us to build rapport, gain a thorough understanding of your history, and establish meaningful treatment goals. The first few sessions are focused on getting to know you and developing a plan that reflects your unique needs.
As therapy progresses and you begin to experience greater stability and momentum, many clients transition to biweekly or monthly sessions. Together, we'll determine a schedule that best supports your goals and fits your life.

Typical sessions are 55 minutes long. I have flexibility to offer 90-minute sessions for EMDR.

Yes! Research has shown that telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many mental health concerns. Many clients appreciate the convenience of meeting from the comfort and privacy of their own home, eliminating travel time and making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Telehealth also expands access to specialized care, allowing you to work with a therapist who is the right fit for your needs, regardless of where you live within the state(s) in which they are licensed.
EMDR can also be effectively provided through telehealth, and I will help determine whether it is an appropriate approach based on your individual needs and circumstances.
-
My practice is primarily conducted through secure telehealth. However, I may be able to offer in-person sessions for clients in the Tallahassee area by meeting in your home, office, or another appropriate private location on a limited basis.
If you're interested in this option, we can discuss your needs and whether it's a good fit during your complimentary consultation call.
-
The complimentary 15-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit. I'll ask a few questions about what brings you to therapy, how your concerns have been affecting your daily life, and any relevant background that may help me understand your situation.
You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach, experience, and what therapy with me might look like. If we decide we're a good fit, we'll discuss next steps for scheduling your first session.
-
Finding the right therapist is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. You deserve to work with someone you feel safe with, trust, and have confidence in. It's also important that your therapist's training and approach align with your needs and goals.
If, at any point, we determine that I'm not the best fit for you, I'll discuss that openly and help connect you with another provider who may be a better match.

An LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) is a master's-level mental health professional who completes extensive graduate training, supervised clinical experience, and a state licensing exam before practicing independently.
What distinguishes social work is its person-in-environment perspective. In addition to understanding thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, LCSWs are trained to consider how relationships, family dynamics, work, culture, community, and other life circumstances influence overall well-being.
As an LCSW, I combine evidence-based therapy with a whole-person approach to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am licensed to provide therapy in Florida, North Carolina, and Colorado. Because therapy is regulated by state licensure laws, you must be physically located in one of these states at the time of each telehealth session, regardless of where you permanently reside.
